Our Founder
Layne Pace Turley
A well-rounded dreamer and planner at her core, Layne has always been energized by business strategy and has helped take corporate programs and small businesses to the next level.
Raised on a organic farm in Arkansas, strong roots and community are everything to Layne. When she isn’t collaborating with brands, you can find her on on a run, with her husband, Travis, and two wiener dogs, Walter & Wilson, in the sunshine, on a walk with a friend, drinking coffee, or planning a party.

How We Started
My heart would start beating faster and I felt energized at the thought of starting my own business as a little girl. And so I did - when I was 20. It was a passion-project called Start-Her Running Company.
As a runner, it was my dream to empower other women to believe and achieve goals physically, that could translate into their personal lives. I started a coaching-company during college to personally prescribe running plans for my community. This was my first exposure to being an entrepreneur - and I loved it. While this was more of a passion project, it gave me the opportunity to try new things and the chance to fail without much risk. Many half marathons were run, and I pray women were empowered through this season!
Fast forward a few years, and I found myself in a dream corporate job - immersing myself in all-things marketing, starting an influencer marketing program, refining ambassador programs, and hosting events all over the country. This exposure opened my eyes to what was possible for my future. In 2023, I was praying for career-direction - not knowing what was next. The Lord kindly placed a desire on my heart to launch a marketing agency. The next season was full of early mornings, late nights, failed attempts, tears, and miles run - then Pacely was born.
We’ve worked with chiropractors, fitness apps, influencers, wellness retreats, farms, real-estate groups, and property management companies and we’re just getting started.
Pacely partners with brands to move forward. We provide a breadth of services to get in the weeds with you, amplifying your brand’s image and your digital foot print. We want our people to succeed - and we’ll get gritty to make sure it happens.
